Sunset Lakes is a private community located in the town of Sparta in Sussex County New Jersey. Our neighborhood consists of 81 homes and 2 lakes. Our lakes are perfect for passive recreation, such as fishing, canoeing and walking the graveled paths. Our Home Owners Association, established in 1988, consists of volunteer home owners who  promote and protect the interests of our community. Member Meetings are held in spring and fall and everyone is encouraged to attend.  We have many social events throughout the year which truly makes this neighborhood a great place to live!
